Beckonrose Court Townhomes provide an affordable alternative to single family homes for buyers who are seeking more privacy and space than found in a condo.

The development comes from Daniels Corporation, the same people who produced One Cole Condos. With such a strong developer behind the project, it’s hardly surprising that these homes are in high-demand.

The complex was completed in 2018, and thus all units have modern finishes. Kitchens open to the living space and feature stainless steel appliances. Bedrooms were designed with families in mind and provide ample space for children to play or to share a room with a sibling.

Units have small private yards, decks, and private entrances. Rows of townhouses are separated by charming green corridors with trees, benches, and playgrounds.

A growing community in Brampton — Bram-west has quickly become a popular locale for young families. Most houses and condos in the area are newly built, and business developments have been slow to catch up.

Mississauga Rd plays host for restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood; there’s one of a kind takeout spots like GRILL 'n' CHIK char-grilled & rotisserie and traditional fast food staples like Pizza Pizza and Freshii. Nightlife is almost non-existent, so this area definitely favours those who enjoy a slow paced lifestyle.

Families have great schools within walking distance; there are daycares, libraries, and sports fields in the area.

Residents can find the essentials of life close to home, however, they will probably need a car to get things done. Groceries can be picked up at Chalo FreshCo Mississauga Rd, or at an independent market like Apna Farm Halal Meat & Grocery. Several banks are located on Mississauga road as well, just a 15 minute walk form the complex.

Running errands in the neighbourhood is relatively easy by car but public transit service can be sparse. Bus stops are located on Mississauga Road and Steeles Avenue West, but they don’t cover many residential streets.

Driving is the easiest way to get around in Bram West. Car owners can pull out of their private garages at 1 Beckenrose Crt and reach the 401 in just 7 minutes by going south on Mississauga Rd.
