208 Enfield Place

With its tall and thin, glass-clad architecture, 208 Enfield Place is reminiscent of the typical downtown Toronto condo. Ironically, the name given to this building is the Wide Suites Condos, which comments on the individual suite layouts rather than the shape of the building itself.

Constructed in 2011 by the Conservatory Group, 208 Enfield contains 278 homes spread out over 37 storeys. While the façade may be modern, the building’s lobby feels warm and welcoming thanks to more traditional finishes like granite and hardwood.

Residents living at the Wide Suites Condos have access to a handful of amenities, including an indoor pool, a party room, and guest suites. And to top it all off, the building boasts a 24-hour concierge and visitor parking.

As the name suggests, 208 Enfield contains homes with particularly wide layouts, making laying out furniture in these homes a breeze. Suites range in size from around 600 to 1,550 square feet and contain one to three bedrooms, plus some also boast dens.
