Having lived in five different countries and worked in over 15 — David knows exactly how to help clients find their perfect home, considering he’s been through the process himself all over the world.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), David is well-versed in the art of persuasion. Meanwhile, he has the formal training to navigate clients through complex transactions, thanks to his designation as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®).

Prior to becoming a realtor though, David already had a long history of prioritizing his clients’ needs. As an Offshore Client Representative for large oil and gas companies, his experience managing multi-million dollar projects globally has transferred well to real estate. Not to mention that his background in valuation surveying has been key when appraising properties to determine their market value.
