    There is still a lot of cosntruction going on, and fire alarms are constant. The units don't look like the best quality, which concerning for a new place. I really hope things get better soon but I'm not ready to pay for a condo when I don't know when the amentities will be available or what things will be like when its done

    Nothing terrible to say but its a really new building with some growing pains to figure out still. Friendly concierge but not always the best communication. maintenance issues not addressed property and the fire alarm is so annoying, but again, the difficulties of a new building. Waiting for the amenities to be available and the construction noise to die down.
