TAS built Zed Lofts to be in harmony with its neighbourhood, and as a result architecture at 38 Niagara is considered a significant achievement in the realm of downtown Toronto residential structures since its completion in 2006.

With just over 100 Toronto lofts, this soft loft residence is home to a community who appreciate the sophisticated use of glass, steel, and concrete for the exterior of their mutual quarters.
