While the name of the Kingly Condos was probably meant to reflect its location on King Street, the building also happens to be quite regal. Thanks to the design by Hariri Pontarini Architects, a modern red brick and glass structure now sits atop an existing heritage building at 501 Adelaide Street West and 620 King Street West.

Completed in 2019 by Allied Properties and RioCan, the Kingly Condos contains 132 units spread out over 15 storeys.
