This tower was constructed in 2014 and is the first phase in the Uptown Markham development, which includes: Riverwalk Condos.

    1 Uptown Drive is surrounded by conveniently located shops and restaurants, but residents have plenty of great amenities to entertain them at home; an indoor pool, a recreation room, a theatre room, a fitness centre, and a pre-school play centre for kids. There’s also a 24 hour concierge service, underground parking, and guest suites.

    In addition to great amenities, this development touts several green initiatives: Heat Recovery Ventilators, Double glazed, Low-E windows for better insulation, on-site stormwater treatment, and more.

    The Suites

    The trend of climate conscious features continues in the suites with energy star appliances, low-flow, high pressure showers, and indoor air quality systems. These homes range in size from 511 square feet to 1665 square feet. The building offers some incredibly unique floor plans, including cavernous 1600 square foot 1 bedroom plus dens.

    Transportation

    Riverpark Condos is a great locale for getting things done on foot; Richard & Ruth’s No Frills is less than a 5 minute walk from the building for any grocery needs; Whole Foods Market is close as well, located on Highway 7.

    Commuting by public transit is possible, but not preferred. There are bus routes on Highway 7 connecting to Unionville GO, however, bus service can be slow.

    Commuting by car is much quicker — heading west on Highway 7 will put you on the 404 in roughly 8 minutes of driving.
