    The Peak at Emerald City, condos occupied in May 2021, 9-10 feet ceiling/floor to ceiling windows + wide plank engineering floor thru out + open concept with modern kitchen. Freshco right inside building. Ideal for young professional & families. Very convenient location at Don Mills/ Sheppard, Highways 401/404, 4 mins walk to Don Mills Subway Station + Fairview Mall (Lots of retails for fashion, Apple store, electronics, computers and telephones, Marshall and HomeSense, Cineplex Cinemas, good selection in food court) + T&T supermarket + Library + Parkway Forest Community Centre + Schools & Seneca Polytechnic + North York General Hospital + IKEA North York.
