Its 24-hour concierge service and doorman are hotel quality, and residents can enjoy an exclusive shuttle bus service, access to seven guest suites, a business room, a library, and a multipurpose events room. There’s even a bar lounge and restaurant located on the tenth floor, which takes care of Sunday Brunch and Room Service as well.

    Lastly, the health club is remarkable; for working out, there are separate weights and cardio rooms, an aerobic studio, a combination indoor and outdoor pool, squash courts, basketball courts and even a putting green.     Transportation

    The One York Quay Condos do offer residents a private shuttle bus service, though without it residents would still have no trouble getting around the city. Two TTC Streetcars routes stop around the corner from the building, on Queen’s Quay West outside the Harbourfront Centre.

    The 510 Spadina takes passengers north through downtown Toronto to Spadina subway station at Bloor Street, while the 509 Harbourfront route serves the Lakeshore west of 77-99 Harbour Square. Both head a little east past then building, then take travelers up to Union station, where subway services, GO Transit, VIA Rail and the UP Express can all be found.

    For those who drive, the One York Quay Condos are very well positioned. North of Queens Quay, the west end of Harbour Square becomes York Avenue. After following York for less than a couple minutes, its nearby onramp connects drivers onto the Gardiner Expressway easily.

    One of the oldest buildings in the waterfront. Well kept however on going pipe replacement will likely increase maintenance fees in the coming years.
